Vegetarisk Mad

 

Diæter. Jeg har ændret min diæt flere gange i mit liv end jeg kan huske og tælle. Nogle gange pga. af overbevisning, på det sidste fordi min krop fortæller mig, jeg skal undgå forskellige fødeemner. Det er nemt at finde opskrifter med vegetarisk mad, mens det er noget sværere, hvis vi skal undgå gluten, tomater, ost eller æg. Det er det den her blog handle om.
